Terms and Conditions

The door prize entry is a $3,500 credit towards OPUS accessories. Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of winning. Winner will be announced following the event. Fraser Motor Group reserve the right to modify the promotion and its details at any time. To enter, participants must register using the form on this website. Registering attendance will count towards 3 x entries. There will be one prize winner. Fraser Motor Group's decision on the winner will be final. Winner will be notified via details provided in the registration form. Giveaway valid for Australian residents only. Fraser Motor Group reserves the right to deny any person or individual from participating, either prior to or during the giveaway, if they believe the information uploaded to be false or incorrect. Fraser Motor Group reserves the right to void any giveaway entry if it is deemed necessary. Entries can be removed if that person is seen to defame or abuse other entries in any way. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail. The prize will be supplied by Fraser Motor Group. The Major Prize must be collected where it is available at the closest dealership, nominated by Fraser Motor Group. The prize may not be immediately available for collection at the nominated dealership. Once the Prize has been collected from the dealership, Fraser Motor Group take no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, lost or stolen. The Eligible Winner is responsible for transport to and from the nominated dealership and any other costs associated with collecting the prize. If the Eligible Winner is not available to collect the prize from the nominated dealership, the Eligible Winner can seek alternative transport at their own expense. Fraser Motor Group reserve the right to disqualify any person from entering the Promotion, or receiving a Prize, if any of the following occurs: If it suspects fraudulent activity; or for a breach of these Terms and Conditions; or if it decides the person has not acted in good faith (including but not limited to using automatically generated entries or multiple aliases; or for any false or misleading conduct of any kind. Fraser Motor Group reserves the right at its discretion or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, withdraw, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice. Unless prohibited by law, these Terms and Conditions may be varied at any time without notice. Fraser Motor Group reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another incentive of the same value, subject to regulatory authority. Prizes are not refundable, reloadable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as physical cash. Fraser Motor Group reserves the right to request that an Eligible Entrant provides supporting documentary evidence of their identity (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate). If the Eligible Entrant fails to do so, or Fraser Motorcycles determines the insurance policy does not meet the eligibility criteria of the offer, the Eligible Winner will not be eligible for the Prize. Fraser Motor Group and/or Insurer (including their officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) including any theft, unauthorised access, third party interference, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, or personal injury or death (including loss of opportunity) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, or the receipt, acceptance, or use of the Prize (whether negligent or not), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If there is a dispute regarding the conduct of the Promotion, Entrants agree that the decision of Fraser Motor Group will be final.
